Norms to follow to run en Pharmacie Franchise
- Franchisees may operate the store only at a location approved by the franchisor.
- The store must always be under the on-premises supervision of the franchisee or the controlling person. The franchisee or the controlling person must devote his/her full time as manager of the store or to the management of other stores. Franchisees may not offer for sale any products that have not been approved.
- The term length for the initial franchise agreement is 3 years. If franchisees meet certain requirements, the agreement can be renewed for another 3 years.
- The franchisor does not offer direct or indirect financing. The franchisor does not guarantee a franchisee’s note, lease or obligation.

Franchisees are not required to pay any royalty fee up to 3 years of contract. Post successfully completed 3 years of contract they will be required to pay a royalty fee of 3% of their sales per store to en Pharmacie.
